Hetty Hodgson (she/her) is a theatre director and facilitator who works collaboratively to tell stories which are both political and playful. Alongside directing, she works as part of the production team at the National Youth Theatre and has worked as a freelance producer for organisations such as Boundless Theatre. For Pigfoot, theatre credits include: co-directing HOT IN HERE, How To Save A Rock. As Director, other theatre credits include: SHARP (LAMDA MishMash Festival), Pepi and Me (Camden People's Theatre), Yes Chef (R&D: Roundhouse / Unity Theatre), A Pervert's Guide to the Internet (R&D: Sheffield Theatres); Beats (NSDF), Yen (Edinburgh Festival Fringe). Kate Lovell is a disabled and neurodivergent artist-activist working as writer, director, dramaturg and access consultant. Kate has been an Associate Artist at Graeae and Queens Theatre Hornchurch, where she was also a member of the Creative Leadership Team. Kate has written a play about experiences of disabled working class people called Zero which received a rehearsed reading at Queens Theatre Hornchurch in March 2023. Kate has wrote and directed the family show Wood Wide Web as part of Tales from the Woven O produced by Graeae for Greenwich and Docklands International Festival 2022. Kate created the multi-sensory immersive theatrical experience Frostiana for the award-winning Blueprint Festival at Queens Theatre Hornchurch. As part of her associateship at Graeae, Kate directed Stand Clear for The Key Workers Cycle at the Almeida Theatre, curated and directed for Crips with Chips At Home for International Day of Disabled People and directed a rehearsed reading of 12 Letters To My Name by Lettie Precious for Graeae and English Touring Theatre. Kate wrote Selfie for Crips with Chips At Home produced by Graeae in Spring 2021.

Melina is a working class British Iranian writer and director from West London. She has been awarded a 2022 The National Theatre/Peter Shaffer Commission with Tamasha Theatre. Melina's collaborative approach aims to create truthful and thought-provoking pieces. She is passionate about showcasing underrepresented individuals and stories which are seldom seen on our stage and screens. For her writing Melina has been longlisted for the BBC Script Room 2021 and The Women’s Prize In Playwriting.

Lauren (She/Her) is a director, stage manager and theatre maker. Camille is a Guyanese, Freelance Producer from South West London. She is currently Producer for LUNG and Pigfoot Theatre, she has just completed producing successful R&Ds and performances for Josie- Dale Jones's ThisEgg, The Last Ice Cream Man by Zoe Alker, Directed by Imy Wyatt Corner & Our First Daytimer by Jonny Khan. Her focus is on producing multi-disciplinary work for touring.

Esther Kehinde Ajayi (EKAS) is a West London-based sound artist. Esther enjoys exploring the nuances of the human condition, particularly the internal politics of self-revelation and authenticity. After returning from Berlin, where she created and completed her two-season-long audio comic, Dana Is Her Name, Esther has returned to her London home where she is currently serving London theatre scene sonically alongside studying Sound Arts at the University of Arts London and is excited to begin incorporating technology, theatrical performance and spatial design into her practice. Esther attributes much of her inspiration to the West London sound of the broken beat, the rhythms and harmonies of her Nigerian heritage, and the raw grittiness of London Grime. Esther was an associate artist at theatre company Tiata Fahodzi from 2022 -2023 and is excited to continue contributing to British art culture through sonic tone, texture, SFX, melody, performance and words. Douglas is a disabled, multi-award winning, interdisciplinary theatre maker. He blends live performance with video & interactive animation. Phillippe (he/him) is a dramaturg, director, and singer songwriter. He is interested in creating and developing new work that explores socially relevant and representative stories, with a focus on global majority and queer voices.  As a dramaturg: HOT IN HERE (Pigfoot Theatre, UK tour); THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING EARNEST (ETT, Leeds Playhouse, Rose Kingston, UK tour); BOGEYMAN (Lagahoo Productions, Edinburgh Festival Fringe); AVALANCHE (R&D with Bloom Theatre); and TIGER (R&D with WoLab). Phillippe studied Music at the University of York. As a songwriter, he is currently writing a musical that explores Black, queer love in the 80s and 90s, set against the backdrop of the HIV epidemic in the UK. He is also due to record his debut EP before the end of the year. Phillippe is currently Senior Literary Associate at Royal Court Theatre. He was previously Associate Director at Theatre Peckham, New Work Associate at Paines Plough where he read for and coordinated the first two years of The Women’s Prize for Playwriting, and interned at Sadler’s Wells in the Producing & Touring team. In January 2023, Phillippe co-founded Telluric., a company with the mission to tell representative LGBTQIA+ stories and narratives from global perspectives via theatre productions. @phillippecato

Yassmin V Foster is an multidisciplinary artist and director of movement. She is a researcher, academic and sound (system) woman with a portfolio career. She has over 20 years of experience working in theatre, from one handers to large scale casts, for local, national and touring work. Yassmin graduated from Goldsmiths University (BA Hons Anthropology and Media) and Norwegian University of Science and Technology (MA Choreomundus). She works within a broad range of contexts to create work that interrogates the social, artistic and economic discourse through physical expression.
