Natasha has a background in theatre administration and general management.  She has worked for a number of organisations, including the Arts Council, National Theatre Studio, Almeida, Southbank Centre, and she is currently Executive Director of Talawa Theatre Company.  Natasha has a particular interest in cultural leadership and in developing and mentoring young theatre makers and general managers.
