Lindsay began her career as auditor and accountant, working in both practice and industry before seeing the theatrical light and taking a degree in Theatre Design and Production. This led to employment as the Stage Manager of Rambert Dance Company, where she toured both the UK and abroad working on numerous world premieres. She then combined her financial head and theatrical heart as finance assistant at the Watermill Theatre, Newbury before moving to The Gate in June 2013.
