Niki qualified as an Accountant in 2004. Following four years working in finance in the retail sector she joined the Barbican in 2003 where she became Head of Finance in 2005. In 2007 her responsibilities were extended to Head of Finance for the Barbican and Guildhall School of Music and Drama. In July 2021, she joined Shakespeare’s Globe as Chief Finance and Operating Officer. Alongside her role at the Gate, Niki sits on the Board for the Boy Blue Entertainment.
