The Gate is a place for everyone to learn, grow, and be inspired.

Everyone who is part of our small staff team – whatever job they do – gets to experience how theatre is made, from start to finish. We all enjoy a close relationship with our audiences, artists, supporters and Board. We support our staff to attend training and development opportunities, and we provide regular all-staff training in unconscious bias and anti-racism training.
