GENERAL MANAGER
The Gate Theatre seeks an exceptional General Manager to join our small and highly regarded theatre located in the heart of Notting Hill.
The General Manager is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of the Gate Theatre, offices and storage facility. The General Manager is responsible for the Gate’s box office, duty management and front of house activities, and for overseeing health and safety and technical scheduling and maintenance within the Gate’s premises. The post holder will work closely with the Producer and take a hands-on role in overseeing the realisation of Gate productions.
This role would suit a good-humoured individual with initiative and creativity, strong interpersonal skills, experience of supporting the production process and venue management experience.

DUTY MANAGERS (£30/shift)
We require duty managers for each of our productions to take responsibility for the welfare of both audience and staff during performances. Excellent interpersonal skills, a valid first aid certificate and a responsible manner are essential for this role. Please note that this is a part-time casual role and that staff are recruited on a show by show basis.

BOX OFFICE ASSISTANTS (£28/shift)
The Gate Theatre requires Box Office Assistants to sell and distribute tickets to audience members before the performances. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience of working in a customer service based role and some experience of working with a CRM database is desirable though not essential . Please note that this is a part-time casual role and that staff are recruited on a show by show basis.

VOLUNTEER USHERS
The Gate is seeking dedicated volunteers to join our front of house team to create a safe and welcoming environment for our patrons. Our ushers will be responsible for providing customer care and ensuring the safety of our audiences throughout the show. Applicants must be aged 18 or over . An interest in theatre and experience of customer service is desirable.
